The UEC Training Programmes focus on why manners are important and the fundamental principles of etiquette. Clients will have the confidence that comes with not only knowing what to do but also why a certain behavior is appropriate or not.

 

Our Style is fun, engaging and interactive with ample opportunity for every participant to participate. Our training sessions are tailored to different learning and communication styles as we recognize children have different learning styles for maximum impact.

 

The Programmes offered are as follows:

ETIQUETTE TRAINING FOR TEACHERS

 

 
 
Teachers play a vital role in the lives of students that are placed in their care. They nurture and mentor the students and become their role models. Teachers guide students on how to behave appropriately and for this reason, teachers also need to learn Etiquette to pass on the knowledge to their students. Etiquette Training for Teachers includes, among others, Healthy and Constructive Relationships with students, Etiquette in public places, importance of being courteous and attentive, professional dressing and dining etiquette.

 

PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS ETIQUETTE

 

 

Success in any business relies on relationships with clients, co-workers and other business partners. Well-mannered and considerate staff will create productive and long-term business relationships. It is therefore important to learn, not just the technical side of a business, but how to conduct one’s self in the company of others.
Uganda Etiquette Center’s Professional Business Etiquette Training includes, among others, Communication Etiquette, Managing relationships with clients and colleagues, Professional Dressing, Networking for Success and the Art of Dining.

CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING

 

 

Good Customer Care is key to making a Business a success. Uganda Etiquette Center Customer Care training focuses on Building strong relationships with Customers, Retaining Customers, Work Ethics and Listening Skills, among others.

 

DINING ETIQUETTE

 

 

We learn Dining Etiquette to keep us from embarrassing ourselves and to make others comfortable. Our training covers Place Setting, Table Conversation, The Art of Dining, among other topics.

 

CHILDREN ETIQUETTE TRAINING 

 

UEC trains children of all ages and makes tailor-made courses for each age group

YOUNG DIPLOMATS: 6 – 9 YEARS 

 

 

It’s never too early to be polite. An activity-filled, role-playing etiquette and character building program specifically designed for little ones. Young Diplomats will learn among others respect and cultural awareness, making friends, manners in public places and dining etiquette.

 
 

LITTLE AMBASSADORS: 10 – 14 YEARS 

 

 

A fun and useful way of building good character and making good manners a lifelong habit, while developing strong life and leadership skills. Through the training, students will learn among others, how to make a good first impression, good behavior in public places, avoiding peer pressure and bullying and dining etiquette.

 

 

JUST FOR TEENS: 15 – 19 YEARS 

 

 

Help your teenager make a smoother transition into adult-hood by learning to deal with life’s challenges, pressures and increased social demands.
Teenagers will learn social skills, body language and also avoid bad habits such as bullying and peer pressure. This training will empower them to face daily life challenges.

 
 

FUTURE LEADERS: 20 – 24 YEARS  

 

 

Stay a step ahead of the competition by attaining the necessary social skills for personal, academic and professional advancement.
The training exposes young adults to gain extra skills in life such as, understanding professional image and dress code, master the art of communication and relationship etiquette. Through the training, students will be able to beat-off competition in both personal, academic and professional advancement.

 

ABOUT US

Uganda Etiquette Centre (UEC) founded in 2014, offers Etiquette Training Courses for Children, Youth and Adults. Clients will learn among others, social etiquette, character and confidence building, multi-cultural awareness, communication skills and dining etiquette that will enable them to feel comfortable and confident in any situation.
